As a Strategic Program Manager for SOAR Performance Group, Dan Phillips works with clients to develop high impact sales strategy to help drive successful sales transformation. He has managed projects focusing on designing, developing, and deploying new sales processes and building new skills in a sales organization. Additionally, Dan is responsible for the management and expansion of the Sales Leadership Community, a community of executive level sales leaders and local university students in which industry professionals can connect and share ideas while providing opportunities for students and growing the local sales force.

Prior to his consulting career, Dan was a U.S. Army Infantry Officer and Army Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regiment. He conducted counterinsurgency operations in Iraq and special operations in Afghanistan during 3 total combat tours. Additionally, Dan worked in corporate sales and operations.

He holds a BA in Sociology from Clemson University and an MBA in marketing strategy from the University of Georgia. Dan currently resides in Athens, Georgia and is active in the Veteran community through Vetlanta and the UGA Student Veterans Resource Center.
