Divaldo Suzuki is a seasoned executive in the technology industry, and brings to his association with SOAR Performance Group decades of experience and success in Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations, Sales and Customer Success.

Divaldo helped to build teams of leaders who developed strategic GTM growth plans, followed through execution, and humbly served customers and partners.  He is a team player with a “challenger” mindset, who achieves outstanding business results.  Divaldo accumulates a broad and rich international experience as an executive at multiple companies: Hewlett-Packard Co., SAP SE, Hitachi Vantara, and Mambu.

As he likes to say, Divaldo is fortunate to have been living through the SaaS stack in two axis: from infrastructure to business applications, and from product design to the great function of Sales.

Divaldo holds post-graduate studies in Business Management and Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas “FGV” and Harvard Business School “HBS”, and holds a BSEE focused on Digital Electronics from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo “USP”. He is blessed with language skills: brought up in Brazil with his Japanese heritage, lived in France, and call USA home, and is living in South Florida for many years.

Divaldo is married to his college sweetheart, and they have two adult children.  He enjoys studying The Bible, spending time with his grandson, traveling and cooking.
