Mike Lee brings to his affiliation with SOAR Performance Group strong experience as a coach and facilitator in Korea. He is bilingual in Korean and English. As a facilitator, Mike has delivered numerous communications workshops for more than 500 managers requiring understanding of the demands of multicultural teams. Mike uses an engaging facilitation style to create a positive experience for participants from all levels of the organization. His 20 years of experience in multi-national industry as Sales Head, Sales & Marketing Director and GM have helped him gain extensive commercial knowledge working within local and international contexts. His focus is on the practical application of the skills, tools and models for individuals and organizations.

Mike’s mission is to contribute to the growth and development of others through facilitation, teaching, writing, and serving. Mike’s facilitation experience spans numerous industries including information technology, retail, aerospace, finance, automotive, energy, pharmaceutical, biotech, and manufacturing. His specific knowledge includes leadership and professional coaching, team performance, organization development, and time/life management.

In his prior experience, Mike was the head of sales and marketing for Paul Smith, UK, for a decade where he successfully implemented Situational Leadership II® and Situational Self Leadership. Throughout his career, Mike has served in numerous senior leadership roles in international fashion field companies such as Levi’s, Fossil, Ted Baker & Longchamp. Mike holds a master’s degree in Film & TV production from California Orange County, Chapman University, a bachelor’s degree in business administration from American Intercontinental University- California. In addition, he has been certified in and facilitated numerous Blanchard programs such as Self Leadership, Coaching Essentials®, SLII®, Building Trust, Business Mgmt. Essentials™, Legendary Service®, Team Leadership®, and more. Over the past three years, Mike has been training Samsung in SLII® for English-speaking employees. He is a certified coach with over 520 hours of coaching experience combined with strong facilitation and commercial skills.
